Thank you for your interest in welcoming a Deambarino Birman kitten into your family.
Our waiting list is designed to provide a fair and organized process for matching our kittens with loving, lifelong homes. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of participation in our Waiting List Program.

1. Eligibility and Approval
Participation in our waiting list is available to approved applicants only. Prospective families must complete our Kitten Application and may be asked to participate in a phone, video, or in-person interview. Approval is based on our commitment to placing each kitten in a safe, loving, and suitable home.
Approval does not guarantee the immediate availability of a kitten.

2. Waiting List Fee
To secure a place on the waiting list, an approved applicant must submit a $200 non-refundable Waiting List Fee and sign the Waiting List Agreement.

The Waiting List Fee:
- Reserves your position on our waiting list.
- Demonstrates your commitment to adopting a Deambarino Birman kitten.
- Will be credited toward the purchase price of your future kitten.

The Waiting List Fee is not transferable without the Breeder's written approval.

3. Your Waiting List Position
Waiting list positions are generally assigned in the order fees are received. We reserve the right to make placement decisions based on:
- The best interests of each kitten.
- Temperament and personality matches.
- Breeding program requirements.
- Show, breeding, or evaluation considerations.

While we strive to honor waiting list order whenever possible, the welfare of our kittens always takes priority.

4. Kitten Preferences
Applicants may indicate preferences including:
- Gender
- Color
- Pattern (solid, lynx, etc.)
- Companion/Pet placement
- Show or Breeding consideration (if applicable)
Please understand that nature ultimately determines litter size, gender distribution, and color outcomes. We cannot guarantee a specific kitten, color, pattern, or gender.

5. Kitten Selection Process
Once kittens have been evaluated and are old enough for reservation, 8 weeks of age, families on the waiting list will be contacted according to availability and suitability.
When offered a kitten, the applicant will have 72 hours to accept or decline unless alternative arrangements have been made. If no response is received within the allotted timeframe, we reserve the right to offer the kitten to another approved family.

6. Passing on an Available Kitten
If a family chooses to decline an offered kitten, they may remain on the waiting list for a future litter. Repeated declines may result in reassignment of waiting list priority at the Breeder's discretion.

7. Reservation Deposit
Once a specific kitten has been selected, a reservation deposit will be required to hold that kitten.
We accept deposits only after kittens reach 8 weeks of age.
The total purchase price of a Deambarino kitten is $ 2,500.00.
The Buyer agrees to pay a reservation deposit of $ 300.00.

Upon receipt of the signed Agreement and deposit:

- The kitten will be marked as Reserved.
- The kitten will no longer be offered to other prospective buyers.
- The deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price of the kitten.

Details regarding the reservation deposit, payment schedule, health guarantee, and purchase terms will be provided in a separate Kitten Reservation and Purchase Agreement.

8. Breeder Rights
Deambarino Birman Cattery reserves the right to:

• Retain any kitten for breeding, show, or evaluation purposes.
  
• Refuse placement if a suitable match cannot be established.
  
• Decline or cancel a reservation if information provided by the applicant is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
  
• Delay or cancel placements due to health, welfare, or unforeseen breeding circumstances.
  
• Make all final decisions regarding kitten placement.
  

The health, safety, and well-being of our cats and kittens remain our highest priority.

9. Applicant Responsibilities
Applicants agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information.
- Notify Deambarino of any changes to contact information.
- Maintain respectful communication throughout the process.
- Carefully review all contracts before submitting deposits or final payments.
- Provide a safe, loving, indoor home for any kitten adopted from Deambarino.

10. Waiting Time Expectations
The timing of available kittens cannot be guaranteed.
Breeding outcomes depend on many factors, including:
- Successful breeding and pregnancy.
- Litter size.
- Gender distribution.
- Color and pattern outcomes.
- Health and development of kittens.
Families joining the waiting list understand that waiting periods may vary.

11. Refund Policy
The Waiting List Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, Deambarino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a refund under exceptional circumstances. If we permanently cease breeding operations before a suitable kitten becomes available, a refund will be issued.

12. No Guarantee
Participation in the waiting list does not guarantee:
- A specific kitten.
- A specific color or pattern.
- A specific gender.
- A specific litter.
- Availability within any particular timeframe.

13. Agreement Acceptance
By signing the Waitlist Agreement, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this document.
